5:00 - 6:30: Guest Registration on the Silverado Fairway Deck. The evening opens to showcase Ten Specialty Craft Cocktail stations. Appetizers and Champagne tray passed by Silverado Staff as you enjoy background music and view the opportunity to place a bid at the Elite Spirits opportunity area. Opportunity tickets available at the guest registration table.
6:00 - 8:00: Festivities continue in the Main Tent on the Silverado Mansion Lawn where you will taste favorite Wines and Craft Imported Beers at sponsored tasting stations. Place your Silent Auction bid for trips, elite wine and spirits offerings at tables sponsored by Pacifico Auction Company.
Gather you guests at your pre-reserved ten top table, or select open seating options as you enjoy a buffet meal provided by Silverado Country Club.
7:30 - 9:00 Musical entertainment featuring a performance by 'One of These Nights' an Eagles Tribute Band.
Suggested Attire: Business/Upscale Casual.

Participating as a supplier at the above limited spirits, wine or beer stations include two all-event guest passes - a $1,000 value. A few Station details and requirements relating to setup/load in-load out, items provided by Silverado, Christermon and/or the supplier, POS, signage etc. with final details emailed upon registration. Proceeds from this event, our three tournaments and Fall Festival helped the Christermon Foundation award over 7.5 million dollars in college scholarships to the children and/or grandchildren of individuals who are employed full time with a California licensed beverage company.
The 2024 program for graduating seniors and community college transfer candidates CLOSED TO ADDITIONAL CANDIDATES 2/15/24. The 2025 high school, community college transfer and post-grad applications will be available at our website beginning, Mid- September, 2024.
