Fall Festival Qualifier

Thank you for your interest in registering.

Upon completion of the following you will be directed to the appropriate registration form.

1.

RESERVATIONS FOR THE 11/8/2024 FALL FESTIVAL WILL CLOSE TO ADDITIONAL GUESTS MONDAY, NOVEMBER 4. We will be out of office without availability to update guest names beginning 11/6 or accept additional reservations. We cannot accommodate 'day-of reservations' or 11/8 walk-ins.

PAYMENT for attending this event is due prior to the event. Invoices unpaid 30 days past event are subject to a 5% late fee. By registering you understand you are responsible for on-time payment and certify that you are authorized to enter into a contract on behalf of the billing party.

On registration form, under Registrant Information section, fill in the address, city, state and zip code for us to email the invoice and event details.

IMPORTANT: A. If INVOICE for this event is to be sent to a second party, PLEASE CONFIRM YOU inserted the correct name and address on the following registration form, and will insure payment is made prior to event  B. If your company requires a W-9 form, please indicate on your registration form.  C. If your company requires at PO number on invoice, PLEASE indicate on your registration document. Finally if your preferred payment is via ACH - please let us know - our banking source recently changed and no longer send funds to BofA.  Thank you.

TBA Guest names should be submitted by MONDAY, NOVEMBER 4 for ease of registration at event. Or, your guests should check in under your company name, or names provided on your original registration. Edits to existing guest names can be made up until 11/4. NEW Reservations close 11/4.

Cancellation requests must be received via e-mail to admin@christermon.com by THURSDAY, OCTOBER 31 2024.

Upon completion of the online registration process  you will receive a purchase notification along with event details and your invoice. Tickets will not be issued. Guests check in at registration table and receive event information.

I agree to the terms and condidtions above, and will provide complete and accurate billing information on the registration form.
